WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING Crystal's bravery and boldness in approaching such a taboo topic should be celebrated by all believers. When most people hide, she stands up and shares her brokenness and God's redemption. It's an honor to be counted her friend. Crystal Renaud has experienced this first hand and is stepping out boldly from her secret silence. Every year more and more girls are getting addicted to pornography and it is changing their whole life. This idea and this book, Dirty Girls: The New Porn Addicts, were born out of Crystal's own struggles. She understands the pain, and the shame this addiction can bring and she is bringing it to the Light. We can only hope this book opens more doors and these girls can feel that someone understands and loves them, just the way they are and they seek the help they need. As a counselor that works with teen girls I have seen how this addiction destroys the girls self esteem and concept of what love is. Crystal's book is one resource I look forward to using with my girls to show them there is Hope and understanding and a saving grace in Jesus Christ.
